I had a recent unexpected death in my family, Ransford came and they asked where I wanted my loved one to go. I was unsure and they assured they would take them wherever I wished but if I wanted them to they would “take care of me”. Of course I was like yea that is the business you’re in so….. I did choose to stick with them and I owe them soooo much. I had to choose the most inexpensive package due to my family members’s wishes and cost. You would have swore I picked the top of the line service because that is what they gave me. They went way above and beyond what I paid for or expected to help me find some closure. Instantly afterwards I felt such a weight lifted off me, I could finally breathe and start to properly grieve. They have given me a this priceless gift of some closure. It’s ironic out of all the support, love and company of my family and friends the most healing came from, you guessed it “a business” and for that they will always have a special place in my heart.
Mark and his crew are not only long time family friend's but compassionate, understanding and amazing people to deal with during one of the hardest times in a person's life. The death of my mother came fast and unexpected to us all, but Mark and Karen helped us through the arrangements during the pandemic. We went over many options and cost plans that would fit our budget. I couldn't have gotten through it without you all and your kindness will never be forgotten. If you have to deal with death, Ransford’s is the place to go. Mark and his team have so many gifts & talents. They will guide you through the entire process. All you have to do is show up & they will accept you whether you laugh or cry through the entire process. We did both at times. They provided so many personal touches to the memorial service. Their services are very reasonably priced & they didn’t try to upsell us on anything or make us feel guilty that we couldn’t spend more. There was genuine love & care throughout the entire process. All of the staff that I have encountered there have been kind, supportive, and professional throughout the process. If you’ve got to experience grief, and make arrangements, there is nobody else I would rather talk to than Mark & his crew.
