Wow! At 3:30 on Fri. my hot water heater stopped working. After my own investigation I decided to call Jack's Heating & Cooling. I got an answering system. So I left a message. Within 10 minutes I got a return call from Caleb Hill. He said he could come out a little later to determine the problem. He was here within 2 hours and determined the easy fix. I had hot water by 6:30 the same night. Caleb was excellent in his communication. I so highly recommend Jack's.

Needed some service on my kohler generator as she wasn't running properly. Tim came out the next day and I described what it was doing. He was very knowledgeable and had it fixed up in no time. Their rates are very reasonable.
