With new CDC recommendations for Delta Variant, fully vaccinated therapist & client must also remain masked while working together. Bodywork/energy work by appointment only. Call/text for appointment. Appointments not made via email. Yoga classes include Astanga Vinyasa -Short Form, Gentle Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, YCaT (Yoga in Cancer and Chronic Illness) online classes are $5-$10 per class. Online Classes through GHCI are no cost
