Horrible experience on the phone with the receptionist mariessa or somthing like that, she was very rude and condescending. She talk to me as if she was talking down on me and when asked to just leave a message for the dentist she took offense to it and got an attitude with me, upon asking for her supervisors name she ignored me and continued to give me options that I didn’t want before she said thank you really loud in my ear and then hung up, are these the type of people you guys are letting into your organization? People who have no compassion are borderline racisit and rude as hell? I’m sorry but I’ll definitely be talking to states about this

I love my doctor Sandy, her assistant Harold is the best he always makes sure I am good no matter what the issue. I also love my therapist Heather and my case manager Krista. My care team as well as the front desk staff are awesome.

Family Medical center is awful. I would never recommend them and in particular Dr Regina South or Vicki I. The office. Absolutely worthless.
I have screwed around for the last week trying to get a refill for a prescription I am having withdraws from. They couldn’t care less.
