My very old gas pool heater (in ground pool) finally gave up the ghost. I was recommended a company by my pool tile installer (from a few years back). This company offerred mili-volt heater, with no hook up to my CompPool controller, with uncertain installation timing, and inconsistent call backs to answer questions.

Found Hartford & Ratliff from google search. Called on Monday and was offered immediate (same day) free in person estimate. Scheduled estimated for Wednesday. Technician Zak arrived on time, explained the job, quoted electronic ignition heater, did not rush and answered all the questions. Accepted contract. Was offerred job on Friday (same week) - to be me back up and running for Labor Day weekend.

Heater installed - everything was cleaned up. Had people in the nice and warm pool by Sunday.
