I do not recommend this place, I simply wanted a consultation for my skin to get a quote for Aerolase for hyperpigmentation, but things took an uncomfortable, bizarre turn. The Obstetrician (I didn't know she wasn't a dermatologist) ended up talking about nonsensible things,. e.g., her daughter has white spots on her face (maybe she mentioned this because I was there for hyperpigmentation). Also, she had the esthetician/receptionist come into the consult/patient room when she quoted me $1200 (she kept saying, "I charge for my time," - and acted as though she didn't know what was charged for this procedure). I'm not sure if she thought I was going to become violent or what. I was told to look around to compare prices and they would not book me for the procedure. I specifically went to this place because I thought they knew how to treat black skin when this woman acted as though she never had a black patient before; her advice to me was to use makeup with SPF and they wouldn't make an appt to get the aerolase laser. It was an unsettling experience for me and in short, I wouldn't recommend this place for black women (Canton, MI location).
