I had my sprinkler winterized again by Orion and was able to set up the appointment via text message. Prior to their arrival on the day of the appointment, they texted me with the arrival time as well as the name of the person who would be doing the winterizing. When they arrived they were friendly and completed the job in a timely manner. After the appointment was completed I received an email with my receipt attached. Easy peasy!
