DCoreFit is a private training studio that provides boot camp workouts, 1 on 1 training, nutrition, and all other fitness advice. Group workouts, or boot camps are unique here as DCoreFit runs go at your own pace workouts that involve strength/weight training to provide muscle toning, and a good mix of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that burns calories. All of that combined with excellent custom meal plans will give you the body or health you want. 1 on 1 personal training provides all custom workout and meal plans that give you everything you need to succeed in our fitness journey. Dominik at DCoreFit has worked with some of the best trainers and nutritionist, and a decade of experience to come up with the best programs for you!
