They were very gentle to my special-needs son, but because he was crying they couldn’t finish the job In a perfect way I guess, And I had to tell them to trim here and there , fix here and there at the end.
Excellent service. Super kind and professional. You can tell that they have a lot of experience with kids. From Alicia to Jennifer (who cut my son’s hair) to Danielle (receptionist) they were all very friendly and kind. Jennifer did a great job even when my son got the wiggles and wouldn’t stop being giggly because “it tickles.” Would highly recommend.
It was a clean and welcoming environment for the kids and parents. I was waiting there some time as I arrived very early and was able to observe the staff was super nice, punctual and respectful of everyone different needs.
