This urgent care is great! They get us in and treated so quick and are so patient with kids who are worried about getting swabbed. We’ve got several times in the last year and haven’t had a bad experience.
Overall I would recommend. Fast service, fair prices, knowledgeable staff. I came in for an Abscess which for some reason was on my arm and leg. The nurse practitioner examined both, was concerned about both, and quoted a price to drain/clean both. However, she only took care of the arm and when she started taking off her gloves, I asked what about the leg? She said not to worry about it and handed me a couple of gauze pads and some antibacterial cream and said I should put that on for a couple of days.
Came in with a sinus infection. Was seen fairly quickly, but there was a lack of privacy in the rooms and a significant lack of empathy from the doctor who was quite rude. I will be going to my local urgent care from now on.
