I went with Canton Construction after getting quotes with a few other contractors. This was the best decision I could have possibly made. The work was done on time, the communication was amazing and the outcome of the project (full roof job, gutters and attic insulation) was superb. They really make sure you are happy with the results and show that they truly care about the work that they are doing. I am so happy with the choice that I made and I’ll for sure go with Canton Construction again on any project that I have in the future.

Updated 10/4/22 We are still dealing with the ramifications of using this company. The siding and metal work is so poorly done on our back windows and we have had three companies come out to rest quotes one of our windows and we are going to have to pay an additional thousand dollars to get this fixed. Probably an additional 1500 to have the other window fixed to match. It’s been sealed terribly, the caulking is already splitting, there are many spots that they should’ve nailed down and instead it was left loose and coming apart. They shaved off $1000 from our bill for all of our trouble but it is probably going to cost us almost triple to get this fixed. One star is too much for this company. I have attached photos. It’s time to see what we have dealt with and what we are currently dealing with. I’m terrified to know what else is wrong and we simply don’t see it yet. We wanted to use a family owned company rather than a big box business and I deeply regret using them. All three window contractors are just flabbergasted at how badly this is and it’s so embarrassing. Please note these photos were taken currently and also during the job. The mess as you see is what they left behind and what we had to ask them repeatedly to come out and clean up. Samantha likes to claim that she “jumped through hoops” but we had to do so much work on our end. Making phone calls, setting up three way calls, it was ultimately a phone call to our insurance agent that finally sealed the deal and we got everything approved with ZERO help from them. Canton construction claims they will take care of this for us and we ended up having to do just as much work. Samantha, John and Canton Construction did not do anything but give us excuse after excuse for all the delays. Poor communication. Please spare us “we did so much” argument. All I can suggest is look elsewhere and save the headache. What took a year to complete, I saw a house down the street get done in 3 weeks. They promised but didn’t deliver. Never again
