Olivia is amazing! I started going to her and loved it so I brought my 12 year old daughter. My daughter had not found anyone who she liked to cut her hair but now will always ask me when she can go back to Olivia. She cuts and styles us so perfect every time. But the best part is - she has extreme patience. I recently asked if she would be comfortable trimming my 4 year old special needs son's hair. It's ringlets and he hates having it touched. We anticipated this being a long appointment and a struggle with him. She made him so comfortable that he sat so well and let her cut it and we were done 20 minutes later. She is so sweet and caring! Great atmosphere and Tracey is wonderful! The only hairstylist that I've gone to and loved my hair each time! Always easy to make an appointment online and you're always welcomed in and offered a drink. I've never had to wait for an appointment.
