We loooove our new vet! Dr. Jones is super friendly and gives great tips after really taking the time to know our dog and household. My only complaint is that when I've called the phone, sometimes the person answering the phone can sound a little annoyed.
Wonderful staff, got one of my Guinea pigs put down here a while ago and staff went above and beyond for us. They treated him and I like family. Thank you all so much. I can’t remember her name unfortunately but the girl who scheduled the appointment/took my boy to the back was amazing.
Caring service for pets.I have been a customer for 4 years, and am familiar with one of the veterinarians as she also treated my pets at the Royal Oak Animal Clinic. I feel my dogs have received an above average level of care, with transparency and honesty regarding costs and treatments. The clinic has always been willing to discuss costs, options, and expectations with each visit.
