I took a 75 minute class here and loved it! Pam is an amazing instructor! Make sure to take any class taught by her. I loved the extended stretching, the push, and the meditation. Would definitely go again!
After getting ready to go, I called to confirm schedule and number on Yelp was disconnected. On their website they have this number which they answered! 616-202-7818 Is $25 per class but they had a deal for 12 days for $25 so I got that. Even though I could only go for two days it seem to make financial sense. I went to a Friday's class with Laura and a Saturday class with Jamie. I enjoyed both classes however on Saturday I could hear the dogs barking at the dog store next-door.
They are so friendly, they’re so welcoming, and I never leave without complete inner peace and a great work out. Whether you’re looking for something to keep you active a couple times a week or something to get a good stretch in after your regular workout, this is most definitely the place for you.
