Friendly staff with a pleasant waiting room offering coffee or water. On time check in with staff member taking you back to get your exam started. Up to date equipment for tests and eye exams. My follow-up appointment for the laser surgery performed by Dr Renucci and checked by Caledonia Vision is top notch! The staff explains what they are performing. Then Dr Payne come inn, did her checks and told me the findings. .

I set up an appointment for my daughter, and had her mother take her. Not only did I hear positive feedback from her that they were friendly and very helpful, they bothered to call me to give a followup, so I could be kept abreast of the proceedings. Bravo to the team at CVC, they make you and your loved ones feel cared about.
I was very impressed with my recent visit to Caledonia Vision Center. I was able to get an appointment right away. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they have significantly more modern equipment than my prior vision company. My exam was quick. I'm looking forward to my new glasses. Update - my new glasses just weren't what I hoped, so after 6 weeks of trying to love them and them and my glasses not loving me back, I called Caledonia Vision. I was so pleased when they took time to recheck my prescription and allowed me to choose a different frame. I gave the first pair back and in 10 days they made a new pair...read full review
