I’ve been going to Rhythm Fitness for years. Aimee does a great job giving us a variety of classes to choose from. This is a great place to workout with a group of wonderful people!
This is truly the best group class I’ve ever been a part of! I feel lucky to have found it and it makes me feel so great for the rest of my day ? I am really starting to see the results! Its fun and challenging, Amiee has helped me in the class and modified exercises because of an injury in my lower back and wrists. The ladies are all supportive of each other and it’s a positive atmosphere. Wherever you are in your health and fitness journey the classes allow you to really go for it or take it slow, definitely Check it out!
