From start to finish, Ryan Farnol and his team were amazing! In the planning phase of our water feature he had ideas that I thought were ambitious and, quite frankly, almost impossible. This consisted of removing a stump that would have restricted the viewing area. The final result is over and above what I ever dreamed! He is also very transparent when it comes too pricing. Any changes that arrive are discussed and fairly handled. Maybe the best thing about this company is the fact that they don't disappear after the job is finished. Ryan is always quick to respond to any questions or issues with great advice and follow up service. I can't say enough good things about Platinum Ponds & Landscaping! So easy to work with.
