“I can't speak highly enough about Smitter Pest Control! We had a situation where wasps were getting into our home. To my surprise, they were able to schedule our appointment the same day. In fact, a tech came out within hours of my phone call. It was a HUGE relief to me, as I was incredibly stressed out with the wasps getting inside the house. The woman I spoke to on the phone was phenomenal, and just very helpful and kind. The tech that came out was great, and very empathetic to our situation. Our entire experience with this company was wonderful. We had a handful of wasps that came through our basement after treatment, but they were lethargic and not a threat, and we were given a heads up in advance to potentially expect that.
