Wow !A call to Michigan Building & Mechanical and watch the magic happen. All efforts were made to service AC in moms condo. As it turned out, unit was old & needed to be replaced. Within 24 hours, Rodney & Hank had diagnosis, old unit out - new unit in.Great people, Great service , great price - doesn’t get any better than that. Thank you !
MBM has always been quick to respond to our needs and has been extremely fair on prices. If something needs to be tweaked after a service call they are great about coming back to attend to it. (Actually this has only had to happen once.) We find them to be polite, competent workers, no matter who does the service. We use them routinely for furnace and a/c maintenance and repairs and have for many years. Can't say enough good about them!Services: Heating maintenance
