We had a pipe burst in our bathroom that flooded our basement and some of the upstairs. Our insurance called in Rainbow Restoration.
They put in so much work without complaint. They were all so sweet and hard-working. I was definitely impressed. We had Blaine as our (lead tech?). What a super nice guy. I honestly can't remember the names of all the other folks that helped out, (sorry guys!) but not a bad egg among them. They were all great.
It was a terrible job for them. It flooded our kids playroom /our exercise room. I felt so sorry for them because it was a wet messy wreck. So many Legos, dolls, kids costumes, 2 treadmills and a Bowflex to remove. There was a huge pile of wet junk piled up in the middle of the room. They basically had to gut the whole thing. I would not have wanted to be doing their job. For real. They were really cool about it though. Such great attitudes for a bunch of college aged kids who probably aren't getting paid all that much. I tried to tip every one of them, but they all refused. I can't recommend this bunch enough. I'm actually going to miss chatting with them about anime and video games. ?
I didn't talk to the bosses that much, but that's probably a good sign. It's all cleaned up now and there were no issues. Thanks to Blaine and all of your coworkers at Rainbow!

I had seen prior reviews about carpets being soaked after cleaning and this was not our experience. We will use them again!“
