Just got my hair dyed and cut, and had my eyebrows done by Courtney, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. She was very patient, professional, and thorough and the end result was 100% worth it. The salon overall was amazing. All the staff are so kind and friendly, and they've created a very nice environment. I will definitely be going back from now on
I started coming to Balance and Beauty collective to get Brazilians. Kristen makes you so comfortable and at ease. She also gives you complete personalized attention and talks with you about what you want to make sure you are happy. I have slowly been increasing my business with Balance and Beauty to now include my hair cuts and hair maintenance and my nails. I am so impressed with the welcoming atmosphere, how clean it is, and the friendliness of the group. The whole vibe is amazing.
Sarah did an amazing job on my hair and walked me through everything to make sure I knew how to best take care of my hair! They did exactly what I wanted/asked for and gave me tips on how to make my hair look the way I want it to!! Will definitely be coming back here again and again.
