Called early in the morning because our well had been gushing out on our lawn. They were able to send someone very quickly to check it out and see what was going on. He was able to give us a quote, have someone out to mark off gas and electric, and send someone by 2pm same day to fix it. Crew was here on time, worked quickly digging out the hole, replaced the problem, and cleaned up in less than 2 hours! The crew was very professional, helpful, and kind. Would recommend this company to everyone! Very impressed!

I was having air spurts when I ran my water when my well pump kicked on. I called in the morning and Percy showed up at my house the same afternoon. He replaced my 15yr old pump/tank with brand new shiny hardware in one trip, having all necessary parts on the truck. Percy went above and beyond making the new, slightly larger tank fit in my well pit in a crawl space on a hot/humid day and never complained once and cleaned up like he was never even there. Great service!

Woke up with no running water yesterday; called a plumber. Plumber confirmed that our well pump switch was sending power to the well pump, and told us to call a well drilling service. Called half a dozen and Lyon's was the only business who picked up their phone. They initially weren't positive if they'd be able to come out the same day, but called me back to confirm that they'd be able to, and showed up exactly when they estimated. The technician they sent was extremely knowledgeable and entertained my idiot homeowner questioning. He confirmed that the well pump was actually running and installed a pressure gauge, which showed extremely low pressure.... read full review
