Lagarda security is an amazing company to work for and offers advancement opportunities for those who seek them out. Not only is it a job but can be a fulfilling career. Lagarda also makes their employees feel like family. I’ve personally needed help a couple times and without hesitation Lagarda was there. One time my glasses were broken while on the job and without even being asked they stepped up and had them replaced. Then when my child was born they allowed me to take time off and even helped me financially with a bonus and a hand written card congratulating me and thanking me for all I had done.
