Maria and all the staff was so sweet and kind! It was my first time at Karisma. I was doing a big chop and she made me feel comfortable with it. After the cut I think she could tell I was unsure lol. ? she styled it for me so I could see how fun it was myself. I love it! I don't get my hair cut often as I have had a lot of mishaps but she does hair beautifully! ?

My mom went in for a hair cut for damaged hair she is 85 , my mom ended up with a color on her hair cutest hair cut and style , shampoo and conditioner to help her hair and 3 appointments for next 4 months! Nice job, nice customer service, and patience which my mom needed!
