“Hey y’all just checking in. I posted a review 2 weeks ago about my experience with Optima. Kyle was my therapist for my total knee replacement. This was my third one on the same knee. Two weeks ago Kyle got me to 113 degree bend. Today was my last visit with Kyle and he TOTALLY ROCKED IT!!!! Kyle got me to bend my knee to a whopping 130!!!! Totally exceeding my expectations.You couldn’t ask for a better therapist in my book. Kyle worked diligently with me to get my knee going again!!! Thank you Optima for sending your best therapist my way!!!“

“Caregivers are very confidant in what needs to be done and are pleasant to the caring of patient. Don't have to be told what has been done with caring if another care giver has to replace one because of sickness or needs a day off as they keep a folder detailing what has been done to the patient or house keeping chores. Cant say enough about this company out of Flint Mi.“

“I tried to give each company I review a fair review time frame. This company has came into my life in a very trying time with my young son. I didn't fully understand exactly their role at first. However I got paired with a younger nurse who was able to relate to my son and my family in a way I wonder if I would have made it without her. She takes the time to listen she cares and I feel she goes above and beyond. Had I got a different company I don't know the result but I am extremely glad that I was paired up with this nurse. I'm not going to reveal her name unless she gives me permission but if you have a young child you should really fight for this nurse at this company. Loving the relationship that was build and the care and lessons we are able to receive to better our new lifestyle, we didn't ask for, but we're exceeding very well and improving each day! ~Signed T.M.J. “The care that was provided for my family member in hospice was outstanding. Even though a family member stayed with her daily, I still received a call every week when the nurses checked on her to let me know how she was doing medically.They were there for us till the end, and came in person to offer condolences at the funeral home and also gave us resources for grief counseling .
