This company has been so good to me. Finding mold is a homeowners nightmare. Finding reputable people/companies to resolve the issues of mold is also difficult! North American Cleaning Services, specifically Stephen, was one of the first restoration companies that I contacted. I found him to be respectful, responsible and extremely helpful after another company(hired by insurance) didn’t do their part. They were patient while I had a drain system installed and had to quote 3 different times when I changed my mind on different areas to be treated. Stephen was very understanding and even fixed the mold left behind by the other company. The price was on point and they assured me that their work was guaranteed. I’d like to give Keyrsten a shout out as well as she was very patient with me, and let me schedule with Stephen who had already come to my house to give me the quote. Here’s something even better about Stephen and the way you’re treated by him. After completing the job and on his way home, he returned to hook up my dehumidifier! Wow! A big thank you!!!
