“The most HONEST, THOROUGH person in the Termite business!He showed us where prior treatment had been done, what damage was termites vs ants. He checked our trees that appeared to be infested with termites... even though self admittedly he isn't a tree guy.He gave his suggestion for treatment of the trees.He was very friendly and professional!He never tried to sell us a thing!!!!He was genuinely looking for signs of termites.He pointed out holes that had been drilled in the concrete to pour the chemical treatment into to create the barrier around the house.He even gave us some history on how our foundation was built ( 1917) and how that is a good barrier against termites.He showed us areas that would be targets for termites, old door frames in the basement set into the foundation.He confirmed that damage we found was old and not a current infestation, which was a HUGE relief!!If I were to rate him for his thoroughness/ attention to fine details and knowledge. I'd give him an 10/10!If you want someone to give you a honest and very thorough home check, this is your best bet!!!He was highly recommendation from our realtor.“
