Mike has been servicing our 26 year old steam water boiler for the last 5 years and has done EVERYTHING possible to keep us from replacing, which is not in our budget at the moment. I had 6 different HVAC companies out before finding Mike, a unicorn in a world of horses!!! Mike is an incredible service man and has such integrity when working on machines. He has always indicated what services COULD be done but also provides the rationale as to what could happen if the decision is made to replace a part, which is often a domino effect $$$.
