They were very accommodating ,understanding and helpful in a time of our hard decision on what to do with our very sick dog Zeus.After looking at him and talking to us .With tears in our eyes we made the decision to stop his suffering and let him go.The kindness and sympathy and treatment of Zeus made this difficult decision easier to make knowing Zeus would be better off.So many, many thanks for the way we and Zeus were treated.
I've contracted Ellsworth's on a couple of projects and the communication, professionalism, and quality is unmatched. I recently just did a DIY job and Matt made himself readily available to help answer questions and give me guidance. Couldn't recommend Ellsworth's heating and cooling more.
