When he got to us he went and checked everything out and tried to dry out parts of the pilot that had gotten wet after our basement flooded a little. He tried multiple times to get it dried out enough to stay lit, but to no avail. He then advised us about the heater and things to try and other options. He went above and beyond in his work and was very reasonably priced for his work. We recommend him highly“
