It's not tropi tan anymore it's zoom tan now, they don't have beds anymore only stand up cages now. They now require your thumb print everytime you come in to tan! They don't accept cash! Staff always seems annoyed and this had happened to me at several different locations. I think there's more negatives than positives at this point!

I called this morning and asked about the cost on a membership package. I live close by and have been yearning the sun. A lady answered and informed me to check the website out and it would give me the price on the packages. I went on the website but no prices located. The packages just show they are at a discounted price but not what the price is. I called back to ask about the prices and explained to the same lady that the website didn't show prices. The lady said she was too busy to help. She said she had 3 people in line. The first call I made she seemed very overwhelmed and irritated. Second call she was annoyed. 10/10 Experience!! Everytime I come in here there are the NICEST people helping me!! They are the absolute best people. And the cleanest place as well! AND the best beds you can go too. My top choice tanning place!Service: Tanning
