Because Tom and his team we so diligent, it brought to light commonly overlooked issues which we took to the sellers to address. We bought our house in Feb 2020 and Tom went above and beyond for us. He made sure that everything was in good shape and took the time to explain everything to us in a clear and concise manner so that we could understand what we were seeing. He helped us make one of the biggest desicions of our lives and we didn't feel blind when we went into the deal. T&R is honest, fair, kind and they treat you like family! They even sent us a Christmas card 2 years later. I can't recommend them enough. They're amazing!!
