First class emergency Generac service!!!! Our Generac has been working like a champ for over a year providing all the emotional and electrical backup comfort we expected when we are away. Late yesterday while away on vacation we learned that our Generac was running when DTE said DTE power had not failed. Scott and his SPS team were ready, willing and able to get over to our house after hours and remedy the problem which was caused by MY fault, NOT the Generac. Proper service was restored and I was able to sleep like a baby because the SPS team promptly took good care of me and my Generac. Many thanks.

I've used them for commercial work at Level One hvac and now at home with residential services. I am 100% happy which I think is hard to do being I'm more critical with everything due to me being a contractor myself. Quick response and great pricing. Thanks SPS Team.
