Came through on a tricky key I needed cut for my kids’ Christmas gift! Took extra time to make sure I had the right product, and made sure that it worked! Highly recommend for their friendly staff and willingness to go the extra mile for me, even for a silly thing like gumball machines. Thank you for helping make some extra special Christmas magic!

I had Security Lock install an Emtek handleset, deadbolt, door knocker and matching kick plate on my front door 10 years ago. The quality of the hardware is amazing. However, I recently had an issue with it being hard to press and called Security Lock to see if there was a part I could purchase to fix myself. Chasity looked up my order and determined it was still (barely) under the manufacturer's warranty and was able to get me an entire new set for free. She facilitated it all and went above and beyond! Even though they didn't benefit from doing this, it shows how committed they are to their customers. Would highly recommend!

Just moved to Brighton and locked myself out of my new house. John was here within 20 mins, and 5 mins later I was back in! Gave me tips for re-keying the old locks as well as some upgrades. Chastity in the office was also extremely helpful and thorough making sure that John would have the proper equipment when he arrived.
