Great shop! I had a computer issue that required a specific cable and Mitch was super helpful. He had exactly what I needed and sold me it at a very low price. Very grateful to have this shop in my community, the alternative would have been buying online and waiting days for it to show up.
I had issues with my laptop powering up. I dropped it off around 12:30pm, and by 2:30pm I got a phone call with the issue and the fix! The staff was very friendly and did a great job communicating estimated time and also what exactly the fix for my laptop meant. 10/10 experience!Side note, the diagnostic and service price wasn't bad either.
I can’t say enough good things about Adam, Dan and. Mitch !!! Not only so knowledgeable but so accommodating , friendly and most of all patient with someone like me that stresses out with computer issues. I highly recommend QuickTech for all your computer needs!!!
