Update: I've been taking my kids to see Dr DeLeon for care for 5+ years and she's been terrific. Today, her and her staff were super helpful working around an insurance issue. I appreciate the compassion, common sense and excellent care.
Dr. O’Connor is fantastic. We have been taking our kiddos to her since they were born. She cares and remembers information shared during previous visits. The kids are always pleased to see her. We have also always found the staff to be helpful as well.
A word to the wise: despite the IHA website claiming the office is open until 8pm on Thursdays, you will be completely unable to reach anyone in the office past the hours of 5 pm.You'd think this would be worth noting on their own Web page, especially where office hours are noted, but they're not. Oh well.
