I really like my doctor but the receptionist scheduled me a virtual appointment only to be told by the doctor I need to come for the appointment. I told the receptionist exactly what I needed and she scheduled it a month later knowing I was going to get told I needed to come in. She wasted my time, the doctors time, and her time. If she didn’t know she needs to be trained to not waste everyone’s time.

My experience making appointments are quick & easy, but I do agree with previous reviews in regards to receptionist being on their phones & waiting until they are done to be acknowledged- even when you make eye contact coming through the door. I have seen various providers at this location & would recommend seeing Dr. Pierzchala. Not only is she beyond pleasant (most providers are at this location) but her ability to actively listen, address concerns, & problem solve are unmatched!

I'm shocked by some of these reviews. Overall, iha has been the best set of practices I've ever experienced. And this office has always been good to my family, polite, helpful, timely.
