Dealt directly with the owner Ray. I had been referred to him to by his nephew who I've done business with for years. Over a couple months, we worked up a concept of the project. He had me leave work to meet him at the home multiple times to discuss the project. We had finally settled on a price and a day to get started. I was stalling the cement and painting contractors until Ray was complete with the job. The day before work was to begin we were supposed to meet to go over final details and to give him a deposit. He called that morning and said "sorry, I'm not interested in the job after all". Said he was too busy, that he still had some projects to finish from 2021...read full review
