Our Generac has been working like a champ for over a year providing all the emotional and electrical backup comfort we expected when we are away. Late yesterday while away on vacation we learned that our Generac was running when DTE said DTE power had not failed.
Scott and his SPS team were ready, willing and able to get over to our house after hours and remedy the problem which was caused by MY fault, NOT the Generac.
