Service technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. Love the RO system and softener. We had arsenic in our water that was not healthy for our children. Excellent filters keeping us safe! Great people.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Marc Demers from CGC Water Treatment & Plumbing, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Marc was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. His expertise and attention to detail were evident in the quality of his work, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of water treatment services. My wife was concerned about our water because of intermittent dry hair and dry skin which could be an indicator of hard water. The salesman Mark Keller came out and did a water test on my 33 year old Kinetico system and said that the system was working fine and that the system did not need to be replaced. He gave me a few reasons why we could be getting intermittent hard water and priced out a new unit if I wanted to update the unit because of its age. The price was a competitive price for a quality unit. I will definitely choose this company when the time comes. Honest no pressure salesman and a product that lasts 33 years makes it an easy decision.
