“We had Visibly Clean come do our windows at the end of June and they look beautiful! The owner and his teammate worked quickly and efficiently and they were so kind. They also fixed our gutter! Some things to note, they moved a lot of things to access the windows from the inside of the home and didn’t move them back once they were done (I don’t know if that’s common practice or not), and one of them didn’t wear shoe covers when going inside the home, which bummed us out. They also said they’d be to our home between 1 and 3 and didn’t get there til 330. Didn’t bother me because I was home with the kids, but if you’re someone with a tight schedule, it might’ve been as issue. But overall, we had a great experience and would use them again!“

We rent our house out year-round, so when we heard from our tenants that our basement was flooded it was even more chaotic knowing we couldn't be there right away to assess the situation. Justin was there the very next day to walk through it with us and explain the process step-by-step. He worked with us, and our tenants, to ensure they were comfortable with him entering the home (which was often considering the damages). He was respectful of our tenants’ space, our wishes, and stayed in constant communication with us every step of the way.

“All I can say is WOW! Rendall's did a great job- I have light grey carpeting and adopted 2 puppies back in April. Fast forward to September- potty training boo boos, tummy issues and just regular wear and tear was very obvious. My carpet looked brand new when these guys finished. They were on time, courteous, practiced all safety precautions (Covid) and were very informative as to how we can keep the carpet cleaner between professional cleanings. They also gave us a bottle of their own stain remover. I had to reschedule my original appointment and Jackie took care of it with no problems.
