Coming from someone that is in the industry and knows it well.... Chris Schild is one of the most patient knowledgeable trainers in the area!!! My daughter Mackenzie went to see him to dial in some power for her Diving season, with the boys team and Chris set her up with a fantastic program! With the help from Body Within... Mackenzie made it to states and dominated.Body Within will work with any level of health and fitness yet... if you are wanting your child to get the the next level... Schild is your guy!!!!!!!

I started seeing Heather at Body Within 6 months ago, concerned about where my health was heading. After having 2 kids, parking myself at a desk every day, and unsuccessfully managing stress for many years, I had gained a significant amount of weight. I've never really been able to successfully motivate myself. I would diet and lose weight on occasion but it would always come back. Heather challenges me but she is always there to cheer me on and makes my workouts fun! I've lost 20 lbs, 5% body fat and I feel so much stronger! ❤

I have been going to Body Within for years and years. They are fantastic. I have learned I have to be held accountable in order for me to continue to workout on my own. Working with a trainer does just that for me and also gives me great ideas when working on my own. This company and its trainers are fantastic and I would highly recommend.
