“I have very difficult, curly, frizzy hair and I’ve had many hair stylists cutting and leaving it a mess. Yesterday, Tammy gave me the absolutely BEST hair cut I’ve EVER HAD! She took time to ask me about my hair and how it behaves before she did anything. She asked all the right questions, because she is extremely knowledgeable. Normally my hair is in complete shock for 1-2 weeks after a hair cut, making me look like I had a bad haircut. But Tammy took that into consideration as she was cutting! So today my hair should look awful and in shock, but instead my hair looks amazing!!!!!!

But this past weekend because she was out of town the real rock star was Susie (not sure I spelled that right) my husband got the worst hair cut at a barber shop. I'm in my 50's, and no one ever wants to layer my hair. Shelley did though, and it's the best cut I've had in years! “Kudos to Belle Vie Salon and Maddie Foote! I was having a hair emergency (ladies - you know it happens)! A recent haircut was not working, there was nothing I could do that looked good. My regular stylist was on vacation and I had a back-to-back family wedding and Europe vacation - I just had to do something! I took scissors to my bangs for a temporary fix, but still needed more. It was 6 pm and I searched salons near me, this one caught my eye and I took a chance. Maddie took me as a walk-in, served me a glass of wine (which helped) and evaluated my hair "situation". Maddie did a bit of trimming to relieve some non-sharp razor-ed ends and the owner, Alyssa, concluded that the original cut was good, I just didn't have the right hair products. They made some recommendations and taught me the techniques on how to use them. My hair nightmare transformed into a cut I love. Thank you for being so welcoming, warm and helpful! I am so grateful!“
