Since starting the assisted stretch treatments, I've seen a great improvement in my flexibility and a reduction in the tightness and pain in my body. My sciatica pain disappeared shortly after I started the stretching treatments, and I was able to cancel my previously scheduled pain injections at a doctor's office because my pain vanished! I'm grateful for this therapeutic practice which has also allowed me to expand my exercise ability and strength training and has improved my overall wellness. I highly recommend!

Going to get stretched for the first time and I was very impressed with the studio. The instructors are knowledgeable about the human body and how to handle the joints and muscles. Their ability to isolate each muscle group in the various areas of one's body is fascinating to me. I so appreciate how good I feel about taking care of myself with Stretch Zone.

That stretch table where they strap you in it's like no other!!! 10/10 Brittany was amazing! I'm a bigger guy and was nervous but she was reassuring and handled me with ease. I was skeptical but after leaving today feeling 5 years younger I can't want for my next visit! Thank you so much ?
