Prime Homecare Agency has Excellent customer service! Working in healthcare 37 years that means a lot. They sent out a wonderful physical therapist Carol. Very professional and knowledgeable with my need to move forward . I had a knee replacement surgery. Carol helped me stay positive and keep me motivated for recovery.
This company is absolutely fabulous! My 21 yr old daughter was very ill and spent over a month in the hospital. Once she was home, I was provided with Prime Homecare Agency Services for her care. They have helped us so much. They gave us great direction in how to obtain the needed medical equipment. They spoke with doctor offices on our behalf, they provided PT, OT, and personal care for my daughter. They even helped us get an at-home Physician that would visit my daughter since she is bedridden. I can’t say enough great things about this company and the employees. She helped us get our hospital bed and other medical equipment that was really needed. Their whole team is just great! I'm so blessed to have received the love and care from this company in a time of need. They really made things manageable to be able to take care of a loved one who now has disabilities.
