“My husband and I were staying in Troy for a concert. Before the concert I decided to get a manicure with regular polish (my nail beds are still recovering from dip and gel). I found Exclusive Nails in a Google search. I called to make a same day appointment but my availability was limited because of the concert. The owner took my call and was VERY kind and professional on the phone. She scheduled me within my availability. When I arrived I noticed how clean and upscale it looked, and I was greeted with smiling and friendly faces. I did not have to wait long. The owner had me sign into their computer and sat me. She did my nails and when she asked if I wanted Gel, she didn’t pressure me when I said no thank you. My nails turned out perfect and she made sure I was happy with them before sending me off to wash my hands. They look professionally done, as they should. The manicure included a very nice hand and arm massage as well. Even though they were very busy, she did a thorough job and made sure I was satisfied. She was very friendly and made conversation with me and the other customers. None of the techs were having conversations with people on their ear buds, and their conversations with each other in their native language was limited, they interacted with their customers. It was very comfortable. I live near Battle Creek and there isn’t a nail salon near me with this type of service. I would even consider making the two hour trip regularly to have her do my nails, I was that impressed. 10/10 for sure.“

“Shae was amazing. Kind, caring, and respectful. The place was clean, smelled nice, and she made me feel good. Asked to undress to my comfort, whether the pressure on my back was too soft or hard, and gave me a choice of refreshments at the end! I have gone to many massage places and nothing beats this, I got recommended for the wax and saw the massage option and so glad that I did. I am a very cold person too and the place was warm with the use of like 4 hot towels never experienced a massage like that before! Shae is great.“
