I'm 42 and tore my ACL doing Jiu-Jitsu. I'm no spring chicken by any means, yet after reconstructive surgery (Hamstring Graft and partial meniscus repair) DPT was able to get me back to the sport I love. Chris, Dalton, Carter (and the support staff) are all super friendly & knowledgeable and I found myself looking forward to my sessions rather than dreading them. They listened to my concerns and understood my desire to return to sport. Working with them in person and following through with my at home exercises has left me stronger and more stable then prior to my injury. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rehab post surgery, or to fix any sort of chronic pain / mobility issues.

I went to PT for shoulder therapy. DPT offers personal, excellent therapy. Chris and Dalton were both excellent therapists. My Dr. was impressed with the results. I looked forward to each session and was very sad when my insurance ran out.

I have struggled with injuries for a few years now. Hurt my shoulder lifting, hurt my hip and neck sparring in Jujitsu. Additionally, I'm a college student and all the sitting I do gives me neck and back pain. I've struggled to get better for years and eventually took matters into my own hands. I tried to treat myself with yoga, reading and trying different stretch protocols. I also spent an outrageous amount of money on massages, and trying different rehab modalities, but all with no real, significant improvement. Just in case you're curious, here's what i tried. -The Ming method -Yoga- -Kelly Starrett: Becoming a Supple Leopard -Elliot Hulse: Muscle virus routine -Foam Rolling -Active Release Therapy -Myofascial Release -Rolfing -Deep Tissue Massages All great things, but nothing fixed my issue. My first day seeing Chris, he told me that this would be a different approach. That I was here to get better and not just feel better temporarily. Ice pads are great, warm pads are awesome, but that we are going to address my weaknesses and handle them. We did a few exercises, he assessed me, gave me some verbal feedback and boom! my flaws and weakness gleamed like a diamond ring on the hand of a lady walking down Rodeo Dr. (a luxurious shopping area in Beverly Hills, CA). ***For the longest time I struggled on my own and tried to figure it out myself by watching YouTube videos and reading books. ***Don't be like me. Be better than me, save yourself the headache and time. Go see a therapist! I recommend you see Chris. If you're not happy, feel free to private message me and we can both go beat him up on a early Monday morning😆. Good luck and I hope you achieve your health and fitness goals. 💪
