I have an appointment set up with my daughter today with Dr Zina Murad-Arafat, DDS. Waited in the office for over an hour and the office manager told me that the doctor won't see my daughter because she had medical problems. My daughter had an ASD repaired over and is cleared for treatment. I feel their staff and providers are unprofessional. I will not be coming back and don't recommend this place if you have medical problems.

Stupid team Today my son went to get his teeth deep cleaned They asked him for $165 knowing that in the first session with them he paid them $285, and at that time they told us on the next date you did not pay money nor at any other time I do not advise you to go there

I saw Dr. Farida, he seems like a nice enough person. The assistant who took me to the office and took the x rays was an unfriendly ice queen. The Doctor spent very little time with me, had the office manager go over the pricing of the work i needed done (she was nice). I had questions for the doctor, but he was already out of the picture. Never had a none dental person go over the work you need done, usually the dentist explains it in detail. Both the receptionist and i guess she was a nurse were very unfriendly. They should know that people who are seeing a dentist are usually a bit nervous and need to go out of their way to be welcoming and friendly. Can't say i would recommend this place.
