There was a miscommunication between myself and the property managers at Jean Rivard Apartments. I called Standard Construction directly to try and get it resolved. I worked with Tammy, and she couldn't have been more amazing. She really bent over backwards to get it resolved and help me. It was incredible. She followed-up with me every morning unprompted even though it had no effect on Standard Construction and only impacted me personally.This company really treats you as a person rather than just a number. I highly recommend any of their properties over other properties in the Detroit area. You will be working with real people who actually care.

I completely disagree with the reviews written below about the staff working at Standard Construction. There was a miscommunication between myself and the property managers at Jean Rivard Apartments. I called Standard Construction directly to try and get it resolved. I worked with Tammy, and she couldn't have been more amazing. She really bent over backwards to get it resolved and help me. It was incredible. She followed-up with me every morning unprompted even though it had no effect on Standard Construction and only impacted me personally. I imagine the other people in their reviews were maybe not very respectful or tactful in their communication, because I had the complete opposite experience. This company really treats you as a person rather than just a number. I highly recommend any of their properties over other properties in the Detroit area. You will be working with real people who actually care.
