Our dog is almost 8 months now and the shop has been with us every step of the way since we got her at 8 weeks. I met Morgan (The Dog Lady) there- our trainer and now just a great friend! We know many of the employees and they treat us so so well. They love my rambunctious and curious 5 year old as much as they love my dog and for that I’m so grateful! ? We are so thankful to have this walkable place so close to home! They are so knowledgeable as far as any pet product you could possibly need- from food, to grooming, to training and even pack walks, we would have been lost without them! “No frills, affordable but caring pet grooming. Been a customer for decades. Owner saved our dogs life decades ago by suggesting switching dog food when our vet could not determine why he was loosing weight and fur. New puppy only needs nail filing and occasional bathing but will be her customer because of past kindness.“

“I just got my fur baby spayed at Animal Care Hospital of Waterford! She is 1 years old as of March 11th this year! I have been hesitant to spay my girl as it can be pricey, and also is a major procedure. We are on day 4 of her recovery and she looks AMAZING! My total was 381, and they even kept her overnight FOR FREE, because I was a nervous wreck taking her home the first night. They were beyond understanding and took all the following steps I have seen in every vets youtube videos. Jazz has been eating, drinking, taking medicine just fine!
